What's the process for getting started?+
We start with a focused discovery call, then confirm availability, responsibilities and a proposed start date in writing.
How long before we see first results?+
The first milestone depends on scope. Delivery stages and review dates are agreed before work begins.
Do you work with clients across Europe?+
We are based in Germany and can work remotely with clients internationally. Contract language and terms are agreed before work begins.
What's the minimum engagement?+
Our smallest engagement is the Launchpad package starting at €2,500. For ongoing work we prefer a minimum of two weeks.
Do you offer fixed or hourly pricing?+
We offer both. Launchpad is fixed-price. Ongoing work is hourly, with estimates shared upfront so there are no surprises.
Can you sign an NDA before we discuss?+
Yes, absolutely. We're happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion. Just mention it in your message and we'll send one over promptly.
