Before you ask
What's the process for getting started?+
We start with a focused discovery call to understand your vision, goals, and constraints. After discovery, we confirm availability, responsibilities and a proposed start date in writing.
How long before we see first results?+
The first milestone depends on the agreed scope. The delivery plan and review dates are confirmed before work starts.
Do you offer fixed pricing or hourly?+
We offer both. Launchpad engagements are fixed-price. Ongoing work uses transparent hourly pricing with effort estimates shared before work begins.
What kinds of requests aren't a fit?+
We focus on product design, brand identity, and engineering. We're not the right team for pure content writing, SEO campaigns, or paid advertising management.
Do you build custom business systems?+
Yes. We design and build practical digital systems for operations, bookings, billing, client portals, dashboards, and internal workflows.
Is there a minimum engagement?+
Our smallest engagement is the Launchpad package starting at €2,500. For ongoing work we prefer a minimum of two weeks to ensure meaningful progress.
